·          Poster files original print size for printing on personal printers with Tabloid/Ledger paper size capability. You may also want to use your printer’s reduce to fit paper option to produce flyers on letter sized paper. If you do not have access to a large format printer, you may take these files to your local printer and have them enlarged.

·          Parachute Banner file original print size for printing on personal printers with Banner Paper capability. Destination Banner file is for large format printers only. 4’ W x 5’ H or you may have your printer enlarge. If you do not have access to a larger format printer, you may take these files to your local printer and have them enlarged. If you wish to display your banner(s) outdoors you can laminate them on an oversized laminator or have them printed on vinyl at a local sign shop.

·          All fonts have been converted to vector graphics for ease of printing. 

·          You will need Adobe Reader to download PDF files. We have provided a link to Adobe’s download page where you can download Adobe Reader for FREE.  It’s easy and it only takes a minute! 

·          To use Illustrator native files, you or your local printer will need a licensed version of Adobe Illustrator CS2. Ask your local printer what file formats they accept. This format allows them to customize your posters & banners! Just take the Fantastically Free Stuff CD to your local printer and tell them what you would like to add!

·          Nametags for adhesive labels are set up for 2” x 4” stick-on type labels. Example Avery Ink Jet 8163 Labels.
You may also print once on card stock and use purchased name badge holders.  

·          Necklace nametags may be printed on card stock and laminated, then hole punched to insert yarn, twine or ribbon to hang around the neck like a press badge. You will want to collect these at the end of each day so they will be ready to redistribute to each child the following day.
